Surrounding students with visual reminders and affirmations that promote positive learning attitudes is key. Displaying colorful hallway street signs, mission statement boards, personalized banners, and a variety of colorful signage are used most effectively as a focus to introduce ideas, reinforce behavior, encourage learning, showcase GEAR UP and maintain interest in succeeding.
