About Us - GearUP Messages
The GearUp Program has been used to describe a vast number of programs, either developed at the district/school level or purchased through education organizations, to address sending students to college.
Signs of Character is a division of Partners In Learning Programs, Inc. located in San Diego California. Partners In Learning has been a source of educational program support and visual messaging consulting for over 29 years beginning with a key role in rolling-out the White House "Just Say No" to Drugs campaign. Our approach to GearUp is to support and enhance college attendance.
What we offer is more than just visual support and reinforcement: Gear Up Messages works directly with school's and youth organizations to reinforce a chosen program's messaging implementation into a custom fit that brings dramatic relevancy and powerful results.
